1. Services We Provide

AAIM Visuals specializes in architectural visualization and design-development support services, including photorealistic renderings, walkthrough animations, floor plan visuals, presentation drawings, and BIM-support models.

Our services are intended to help homeowners, remodelers, builders, architects, designers, and project teams communicate design ideas clearly before construction begins.

2. Quotes, Payments & Project Scope

Every project is quoted individually based on its scope, complexity, deliverables, and turnaround requirements.

Production begins once the project scope has been approved and any required deposit has been received. Final deliverables are provided after all outstanding balances have been paid, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any changes to the original project scope may require a revised quotation and additional production time.

3. Revisions

Each project includes the number of revision rounds specified in the approved quotation or selected package.

Additional revisions or changes requested after the included revisions have been completed may incur additional charges. Requests that significantly alter the original project scope may be treated as a new project or require a revised quotation.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete project information, including floor plans, dimensions, elevations, sketches, photographs, material selections, and any other reference materials required for production.

Delays or additional work resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or revised source materials may affect delivery schedules and project pricing.

5. Source Materials & File Handling

The Client confirms they have the legal right to provide all files, plans, drawings, images, and other materials submitted to AAIM Visuals.

Project files are handled with reasonable care and used solely for the purpose of completing the agreed services. Final deliverables will be supplied in the formats outlined within the approved project scope.

6. Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of the source materials they provide.

AAIM Visuals retains ownership of its production methods, workflows, templates, proprietary processes, and internal production systems.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, AAIM Visuals may display completed project visuals within its portfolio, website, or marketing materials only where appropriate permission has been granted by the Client.

7. Professional Services Disclaimer

AAIM Visuals provides architectural visualization and design-development drafting services only.

We are not a licensed architecture, engineering, or general contracting firm. No deliverable produced by AAIM Visuals is stamped, sealed, certified, or intended for building permit submission, construction approval, engineering review, or regulatory compliance.

If your project requires licensed architectural, engineering, or permit-ready construction documentation, we recommend working with the appropriate qualified professional.

8. Limitation of Liability

AAIM Visuals exercises reasonable care in preparing all visualization deliverables. However, our services are intended solely for visualization, presentation, and design communication purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AAIM Visuals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a project shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for that specific project.

9. Upwork & Fiverr Projects

Projects originating through Upwork or Fiverr remain subject to the communication, payment, delivery, dispute resolution, and other applicable policies of those platforms.

Where platform rules differ from these Terms of Service, the applicable platform's policies shall govern while the project remains under that platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the applicable courts within the State of Florida unless otherwise required by law.

11. Changes to These Terms

AAIM Visuals may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or legal requirements.

Updated versions will be published on this page together with the revised Last Updated date.
